A field marketing representative in the cosmetics industry is responsible for planning, executing, and designing field marketing campaigns. They work with the sales team and marketing managers to generate leads and create opportunities for upselling.Their responsibilities include:
- Researching and planning field marketing campaigns
- Developing knowledge of all product lines and services
- Creating materials for field marketing events, such as signage, literature, and merchandise
- Maintaining relationships with thirdparty vendors and venues
- Sales executiveIdentifies and pursues new business opportunities, builds and maintains relationships with clients, and collaborates with internal teams to develop solutions for clients
- Marketing field executiveCreates campaigns, conducts market research, and develops advertising strategies to build brand awareness and image
- Market researchSells and advises on the use of cosmetics, skin care products, and perfumes, and provides personalized service to help customers meet their beauty and health goals
- Marketing analystAnalyzes sales numbers to determine strategy, what is selling where, and what promotions are working
- Performance marketing managerRequires a bachelor's degree in a related field, such as marketing, business administration, or computer science
