We prioritize expertise in planning, building science, construction techniques, building materials, and systems integration, aiming for a cohesive and comprehensive outcome.

    Roles and Responsibilities -

    1. Collaborate with stakeholders to formulate project briefs aligned with market needs and development objectives.

    2. Ensure design responses are pragmatic and respond to the client brief.

    3. Develop drawings, models, and documents for design implementation.

    4. Lead design and project development, providing technical guidance.

    5. Review drawings and specifications for technical accuracy and standards compliance.

    6. Ensure alignment of structural and MEP drawings with architectural intent.

    7. Efficient Document Data & drawing management of all Projects.

    8. Attend & Manage project Meetings, site visit, correspondence and communications.

    9. Deliver projects with high quality and client satisfaction acting as Lead Consultant/Design manager as appropriate.

    10. Manage, develop and inspire a team of 12-15 architects through strong client, design and project leadership.

    Preferred Candidate Profile -

    1) Minimum 10 years' experience in an Architectural Design firm.

    2) B.Arch degree with strong academic background.

    3) Experience managing large-scale projects from concept to handover.

    4) Proficiency in design software is desirable.

    5) Detail-oriented with a holistic project view.

    6) Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    7) Ability to work under pressure and motivate teams. Must lead by example.

    8) Project management skills within budget constraints.

    9) Long-term commitment to the role.

    10) Enthusiasm for large-scale and township projects.
