We are an experience sharing platform that connects international university applicants and their parents with students and alumni from their target universities. Our platform allows users to book 1-on-1 calls with experienced individuals in a hassle-free and swift way. Our goal is to provide valuable insights and guidance to help applicants make informed decisions about studying abroad.

    Role Description

    This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Service Sales Representative at Horse's Mouth. The representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to users, assisting with service inquiries, and resolving any issues or concerns. This role will be located in Delhi but will also have the flexibility for some remote work.

    Qualifications

    1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English and Hindi both)
    2. Strong problem-solving abilities
    3. Experience in customer service or sales
    4. Knowledge of the education industry and study abroad process
    5. Ability to work well in a team
    6. Basic Proficiency in Excel and relevant CRMs.
    7. Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends
    8. Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
