Profile Introduction:
As a Sales Executive in the Real Estate sector, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling properties, ensuring client satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of our real estate projects.
You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong client relationships, staying updated on market trends, and effectively communicating the value of our properties to potential buyers.
Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition and Retention: Identify potential clients, build and maintain strong relationships, and guide them through the property buying process.

Market Research: Stay informed about the real estate market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to provide valuable insights to clients.

Sales Presentations: Create compelling presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our properties.

Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate terms, conditions, and pricing to achieve mutually beneficial agreements with clients.

Documentation: Handle all necessary paperwork, contracts, and documentation related to property transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.

Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client queries, concerns, and facilitating a smooth buying experience.

Requirements:
