Responsibilities:

Work with hiring managers and client stakeholders to understand their technical staffing needs, generate job descriptions, and offer regular recruiting process updates.
To gain a competitive advantage in the IT recruitment market, stay up to date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and talent acquisition techniques.
To ensure successful placements, facilitate compensation negotiations and manage the offer process.
Share applicant information, market knowledge, and best practices with other recruiters, account managers, and staffing coordinators.

Qualifications and abilities:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a similar profession.
Experience as an IT Recruiter or a related function is required.
Strong knowledge of the information technology industry, including diverse jobs, technologies, and skill sets.
Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies is required.
Ability to evaluate technical abilities and qualifications in order to match individuals with suitable work needs.
Selfmotivated and proactive, with a strong feeling of urgency to fulfil deadlines and achieve outcomes.
Strong organizational and time management abilities are required to handle many recruitment assignments at the same time.
Understanding of labor regulations, immigration procedures, and work authorization needs.
