Requirements:

  • The IT industry is fastpaced and everchanging. To keep ahead of changing market needs and achieve client expectations, an adaptive and proactive strategy, along with a strong sense of urgency, is required.

Responsibilities:


  • Work with hiring managers and client stakeholders to understand their technical staffing needs, generate job descriptions, and offer regular recruiting process updates.
  • To gain a competitive advantage in the IT recruitment market, stay up to date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and talent acquisition techniques.
  • To ensure successful placements, facilitate compensation negotiations and manage the offer process.
  • Share applicant information, market knowledge, and best practices with other recruiters, account managers, and staffing coordinators.

Qualifications and abilities:


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a similar profession.
  • Experience as an IT Recruiter or a related function is required.
  • Strong knowledge of the information technology industry, including diverse jobs, technologies, and skill sets.
  • Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies is required.
  • Ability to evaluate technical abilities and qualifications in order to match individuals with suitable work needs.
  • Selfmotivated and proactive, with a strong feeling of urgency to fulfil deadlines and achieve outcomes.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities are required to handle many recruitment assignments at the same time.
  • Understanding of labor regulations, immigration procedures, and work authorization needs.
