    Description

    JobDescriptionTheSocial Media Marketing Specialist is responsible for planningimplementing and monitoring social media marketing strategies toincrease brand awareness engage with the target audience and drivebusiness growth. This role involves creating and curating contentmanaging social media accounts analyzing performance metrics andstaying uptodate with industrytrends.

    KeyResponsibilities:Social MediaStrategy:Develop and execute social mediamarketing strategies that align with the organizations goals andobjectives.
    Research and identify targetaudience demographics behaviors andpreferences.


    ContentCreation:

    Create engaging andrelevant content for various social media platforms including textimages videos and infographics.
    Maintain acontent calendar to ensure consistent and timelyposting.


    Social MediaManagement:

    Manage andmaintain the organizations social media accounts (e.g. FacebookTwitter Instagram LinkedIn YouTubeetc.).Monitor and respond to commentsmessages and mentions promptly.
    Engage withthe online community and foster positiverelationships.


    Analytics andReporting:

    Track keyperformance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement reach conversionrates and ROI.Use analytics tools togenerate reports and provide insights for continuousimprovement.
    Bachelors degreein Marketing Communications or a related field(preferred).
    Excellentconsulting writing editing (photo/video/text) presentation andcommunication skillsAbility to createengaging and shareable content.
    Understandingof different content formats (text images videosinfographics).Basic graphic design skillsusing tools like Canva or Adobe CreativeSuite.
    Creativity in designing visuallyappealing content.
    Indepth knowledge ofvarious social media platforms (Facebook Instagram Twitter LinkedInYouTube etc.).Ability to respond to audiencecomments messages and feedback.
    Ability todevelop and implement social media strategies aligned with businessgoals.
    Stay updated on industry trends andchanges in social mediaalgorithms.
