    Description

    As a social media Specialist, you will be responsible for:

    · Managing Brand's Key Social media handles

    · Create and curate campaigns, and relevant storyboard ideas to reach the company's target customers.

    · Execute day to day content grid, storytelling for Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn handles of the brand

    · Develop and expand the social community of the brand with influencer outreach

    · Execute the design process and storyboards with a team of graphic designers, photographers, and videographers.

    · Monitor, listen, and respond to consumers in a 'social' way while cultivating lead and sales generations.

    · Create an online review funnel for building online reviews and reputation.

    · Analyse and present key metrics and present them to the management.

    · Coordinate and work with the product development team and marketing team to come up with innovative product promotion solutions for social media and performance/brand awareness campaigns.

    · Lastly has a great passion for food and all things chocolate.

    The ideal candidate will

    · Demonstrate excellent communication skills.

    · Have an artistic approach for Marketing

    · Be able to work effectively as part of a team whilst undertaking a leadership role.

    · Identify ways to improve marketing and build a brand.

    · Be able to demonstrate an up to date and in depth understanding of the industry.

    · Be uncompromising in achieving company standards.

    · Communicate relevant business information regularly, efficiently and concisely to their team.
