    Role& Responsibility

    Thisposition will report to the Chief Marketing Officer and will bebased at Mumbai. In this role you will:

    • Design and execute an integratedcommunications and public relations strategy aligned withOrganizations overall business and people priorities.
    • Build thought leadership to enhance the reputation of thecompany and its senior executives across range of platforms topromote company s presence and improve engagement.
    • Ensure accuracy clarity and consistency of corporatecommunications with Organizations strategic goals
    • Communicate to diverse stakeholders and influencersleveraging the latest communication trends the right mix ofcommunication channels and standalone tactics as appropriate
    • Build relationships with the media and enableglobal PR partners/agencies to deliver to their full potential
    • Evaluate and measure the effectiveness of thecommunication
    • Handle Crisis Communication asand when required
    • Lead executivecommunications reputation management and external and internalengagements

    CandidateRequirement:

    • A postgraduatedegree preferably in communications public relations or relateddiscipline
    • A minimum of 20 years ofprogressive experience in public external and internalcommunications and employee engagement including writing fordiverse audiences and creating and implementing multichannelcommunications strategies preferably in a global corporate oragency setting
    • Exceptional communicationskills including the ability to write and edit compelling contentwith no/minimal supervision
    • Ability to formconsultative working relationships with multiple stakeholders in amatrixed environment
    • Creativity flexibilityinitiative and the ability to manage multiple priorities and workunder tight deadlines in rapidly evolving environments
    • Strong planning skills to simultaneously manage complexprojects multiple stakeholders and competing priorities to createan actionable plan and get the most impactful work done
    • A team mentality and the ability to seamlesslycollaborate and action feedback in driving desiredresults
