    Inviting applications for the role of Manager, Consumer & Business Insights

    In this role, you will work with large datasets, help analyze data to derive insights, and come up with solutions to specific client business problems.

    Aim to provide actionable data driven recommendations improving client business value and operational performance. Engage with senior stakeholders, lead cross-collaboration efforts to deliver projects and leverage visualization/automation/programming technologies effectively to drive outcome

    Responsibilities


    • Manage a team of 10+ analysts to lead analytics delivery for CPG clients
    • Relevant years of experience in Research, storyboarding and Insights for CPG retail clients. Strong understanding of commercial operations and analytics in CPG & Retail domain
    • Good to have exposure to one or more consumer/CPG datasets including POS, Consumer Panel, Survey or Social Media data
    • Strong Project management skills.
    • Good knowledge of Agile methodologies
    • Prioritize projects and resource allocation without compromising on customer experience
    • Ensure consistency and adherence to standards of service
    • Establish and implement best practices
    • Support business development activities like proposals
    • Manage and mentor team members
    • Strong domain knowledge of Sales & Commercial analytics
    • Have prior experience in working on Customer analytics, marketing analytics, commercial analytics etc.
    • Project staffing requirements and coordinate with recruitment to on-board new team
    • Drive organizational goals with the team
    • Manage operations including solutioning, contracting, resourcing, billing, and program management
    • Liaison with client and onshore team to understand complex business problem and define solution
    • Identify areas of innovation
    • Ability to work in a team-based environment, as well as the ability to work independently. Ability to work effectively with people of many different disciplines with varying degrees of technical experience
    Qualifications we seek in you
    Minimum Qualifications


    • Any Postgraduate or BE/Btech graduates
    • Good knowledge of CPG/FMCG and acumen to analyze datasets
    • Handled multiple clients independently and team of atleast 10+ members
    Preferred Qualifications/ Skills


    • MBA from a qualified institute
    • Awareness of POS, Panel, Survey, Social Media data and industry analyses, knowledge on retail and FMCG/CPG industry.
    • Exposure to CPG/Consumer data, relevant years' experience in similar domain
    • Good communication skills
    • Should have ability to handle large data sets in arriving at meaningful findings.
    • Flexibility to work on critical projects with strict deadlines.
    • Expertise on Office tools - Excel, PPT. Power BI knowledge an added advantage
    • Personal drive and positive work ethic
    • Ready to work within tight deadlines and in demanding situations
    • Flexibility to adapt to a variety of engagement types, working hours and work environments
    • Ability to understand business requirements and Build RFP's, POC's and POV's
    • Ability to influence and inspire reportees to achieve maximize efficiency and output
