    Description
    AVP - Advisory Team Identifying the NPAs to be acquired from banks / financial institutions.

    • Analysing the financial and business viability of the acquired assets and devising the resolution strategy.
    • Conducting site visits and preparing the reports with the findings/observations of the visit.
    • Developing Strategies for restructuring, Sale of business (M&A), Sale of assets, Settlement.
    • Negotiations with Promoters, Managements, Selling Bank, Dealing with Financial organizations, Banks, Lenders, Prospective buyers and Investors.
    • Negotiate with borrower/guarantor for settlement.
    • Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (SARFAESI Act).
    • RBI Guidelines on Corporate Debt Reconstruction mechanism.
    • RBI guidelines on Loans & advances issued to Banks and FIs.
    • RBI notifications to Asset Reconstruction Companies.
    • Knowledge of relevant guidelines of SEBI, FEMA, RBI, companies act.
