    Job description

    We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will generate leads and schedule appointments with potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, and networking. The Lead Generation Specialist will be crucial in driving business growth and expanding our client base.

    Role & responsibilities

    • Utilize data mining/surfing tools to identify potential customers and gather relevant information.
    • Create and engage social media campaigns, product application videos, and distinctive content using digital marketing tools(Canva, AI tools).
    • Execute introductory email and letter campaigns, WhatsApp Business introduction campaigns, and LinkedIn connection building for sales lead generation.
    • Conduct cold calling to initiate contact with prospects to get quality leads.
    • Maintain accurate records of prospecting activities using the CRM system.
    • Register organization details on various directories, portals, and platforms to enhance visibility and accessibility.

    Qualification

    • Bachelor's degree in Arts, Commerce, Business Administration, Science, or Engineering.
    • Candidates with 1 year of experience in B2B sales prospecting or similar industry will have first preference.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
    • Proficient in using computers, including CRM and email marketing platforms.
    • Proficient in MS Office as well as various video, and image developing software.
    • Understanding of lead generation best practices.
