    Employer Branding and Recruitment Marketing Partner

    You will be working as Employer Branding & Recruitment Marketing Partner at global grade 12 and will be part of Motion Business Area for BA Function Human Resources Division based in Bangalore, India. In this role you will be reporting to the Regional Employer Branding & Early Talent Lead and in constant contact with the Regional Talent Acquisition & Talent Advancement Manager, you will play a pivotal role in creating scalable employer branding & recruitment marketing strategies across different talent segments to create awareness, consideration and interest among the very best active and passive candidates.

    Your responsibilities

    • Working with the Employer Branding & Talent Acquisition team in developing and executing initiatives focusing on India but also within the region, positioning ABB as an employer of choice
    • Partnering with different members including Talent Partners, Talent Sourcers, Human Resource Business Partners (HRBPs), Branding & Communication team members to produce talent attraction content that activates our Employer Value Proposition (EVP) across touchpoints internally and externally in a relevant, and brand aligned manner
    • Developing and implementing strategies that helps build and engage the talent community across different talent skillsets and segments to support the business growth
    • Adopting a data-driven approach in a journey of continuous improvement and innovation
    • Supporting university relations, campus engagement and talent program management initiatives

    Your background

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in journalism, communications, public relations or marketing is required
    • Minimum 5 - 8 years of demonstrated ability in in creating, executing and measuring integrated employer branding / recruitment marketing campaigns
    • Exceptional communication skills both verbally and in writing and ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders
    • End-to-end process thinking and experience of managing projects
    • Self-driven, resilient, agile, collaborative, enthusiastic, and inclusive; adopting a growth mindset approach
