    Description

    Responsibilities:

    Technical Expertise:

    • Utilize your indepth knowledge of Epicor ERP 10/Kinetic to architect, develop, and implement complex solutions tailored to our clients' needs.

    Leadership:

    • Lead and mentor a team of consultants, providing technical guidance, training, and support.

    Client Collaboration:

    • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into effective Epicor solutions.

    Customization:

    • Develop and implement customizations, reports, and integrations within the Epicor framework.

    Documentation:

    • Prepare comprehensive documentation of technical solutions and configurations.

    Quality Assurance:

    • Ensure the quality and reliability of all technical deliverables, conducting testing and validation as needed.

    Troubleshooting:

    • Identify and resolve technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions.

    Stakeholder Engagement:

    • Engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to ensure successful project Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
    • Proven experience as an Epicor Technical Consultant, with at least 7 years of handson experience.
    • Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
    • Expertise in Epicor ERP 10/Kinetic software, including customization, configurations, and integrations.
    • Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, SQL, and . NET.
    • Excellent problemsolving and troubleshooting abilities.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with clients.
    • Epicor certification (preferred).
