    Job Description :
    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Java Tech Lead to join our dynamic team.


    The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Java 17, Spring frameworks, multi-threading, and REST APIs, with exposure to AWS and system design principles.


    As a Tech Lead, you will guide the development of high-quality software solutions, mentor junior developers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project goals.


    Key Responsibilities :

    • Lead the development and implementation of Java-based applications using Java 17, Spring, Spring Boot, and Spring Webflux.
    • Design and implement scalable, high-performance software architecture.
    • Develop RESTful services and APIs for internal and external consumption.
    • Utilize multi-threading techniques to optimize application performance.
    • Guide the team in adopting AWS services and technologies, ensuring best practices are followed.
    • Collaborate with project managers and other team leads to ensure seamless project delivery.
    • Conduct code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
    • Mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
    • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, incorporating them into projects as appropriate.

    Required Skills and Qualifications :

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Java development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
    • Expertise in Java 17, Spring, Spring Boot, and Spring Webflux.
    • Strong experience with multi-threading and REST API development.
    • Proven experience with AWS and understanding of cloud architecture.
    • Solid understanding of system design and architecture principles.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.

    Preferred Skills :

    • Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
    • Certifications in Java, AWS, or related fields.
    • Knowledge of additional cloud platforms, such as Azure or Google Cloud Platform.)
