About the role

As part of the CMD's office, you will provide administrative support and assistance to CMD

What you'll be doing

  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents
  • Design and maintain databases
  • File and retrieve documents and reference materials
  • Collate and manage data and maintain data confidentiality wherever applicable
  • Conduct research, collect and analyse data to prepare reports and documents
  • Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments and travel arrangements
  • Arrange and coordinate meetings and events
  • Record, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings
  • Monitor, screen, respond to and distribute incoming communications
  • Liaise with internal staff at all levels
  • Interact with external clients
  • Coordinate projectbased work
  • Review operating practices and implement improvements where necessary
Job Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor's degree and Master's degree
Work experience

  • 810 yrs
