About the roleAs part of the CMD's office, you will provide administrative support and assistance to CMD
What you'll be doing
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents
- Design and maintain databases
- File and retrieve documents and reference materials
- Collate and manage data and maintain data confidentiality wherever applicable
- Conduct research, collect and analyse data to prepare reports and documents
- Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments and travel arrangements
- Arrange and coordinate meetings and events
- Record, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings
- Monitor, screen, respond to and distribute incoming communications
- Liaise with internal staff at all levels
- Interact with external clients
- Coordinate projectbased work
- Review operating practices and implement improvements where necessary
Education
- Bachelor's degree and Master's degree
- 810 yrs
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
