eCommerce Executive


Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic eCommerce Executive to join our team.

As an eCommerce Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our online stores on various Marketplaces(Amazon,Flipkart, 1mg, myntra, etc).

You will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of our eCommerce operations and ensuring a seamless customer experience across our digital platforms.


Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven experience (2 years) in eCommerce or online retail operations.

Proficiency in eCommerce platforms (e.g., Flipkart, Amazon,Myntra).

Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.

Familiarity with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data.

Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.

Knowledge of SEO and SEM best practices.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Detail-oriented and highly organized.


Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the industry relevant to the company's products.

Previous experience in managing online marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, eBay).


Key Responsibilities:

Product Catalog Management:
Oversee the product catalog on the eCommerce platform, including product information, images, pricing, and inventory levels. Ensure accuracy and consistency across all product listings.

Order Processing and Fulfillment:
Monitor incoming orders, process transactions, and ensure timely order fulfillment. Work closely with the warehouse and logistics teams to maintain efficient shipping and delivery processes.

Customer Service:
Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints related to online purchases. Provide exceptional customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Digital Marketing and Promotion:

Collaborate with the marketing team to execute online campaigns, promotions, and discounts to boost sales and attract new customers.

Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize results.

Analytics and Reporting:

Utilize various eCommerce analytics tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as website traffic, conversion rates, average order value, and customer retention.

Generate regular reports and provide insights to the management team.

SEO and


SEM:
Implement search engine optimization (SEO) strategies to improve the website's visibility on search engines. Manage search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns to drive targeted traffic and achieve desired ROI.

Market Research:
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and areas of improvement.

Inventory Management:
Work closely with the inventory team to ensure sufficient stock levels and avoid stock-outs. Implement inventory control measures to minimize overstocking and obsolescence.

Conversion Rate Optimization:
Analyze user behavior on the website and identify opportunities to enhance the user experience and increase conversion rates. Conduct A/B tests and implement improvements accordingly.


Salary:
₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month
