    As our Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and website traffic. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on our digital presence.

    Social Media Manager Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute social media strategies and content calendars to increase brand visibility, engagement, and achieve business objectives across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
    • Create and curate engaging content for social media posts, ensuring that it aligns with other marketing to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
    • Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications, and apply the latest industry developments to enhance our social media strategy.
    • Manage social media accounts by scheduling posts, responding to customer inquiries and comments in a timely manner, and engaging with followers to foster community interaction.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain uniformity in messaging across all channels.
    • Analyze social media data and generate reports to measure the success of campaigns, focusing on key metrics such as engagement, reach, and conversion rates.
    • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging social media platforms to continuously refine our marketing approach.

    Social Media Manager Requirements:

    • Experience creating content for the real estate industry is an asset.
    • Proficient in using various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube, along with strong knowledge of their respective best practices.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high level of attention to detail.
    • Understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO and advertising strategies on social media.
    • Knowledge of, and proficiency in, using AI tools for social media content creation and enhancing social media presence.
    • Proficiency in using social media management tools. Experience creating visual content with software like Canva is an asset.
    • Strong analytical skills with experience in using social media analytics tools to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
    • Ability to multitask and collaborate remotely, conducting research on industry trends and competitor activities to create and publish compelling content.

    Education:

    UG: Graduation Not Required - any specialization, however experience working as a Social Media Manager and/or Content Creator or equivalent is required (minimum of 1 year preferred)
