    Job Title: Social Media Manager (Full Time)(Hybrid)

    Company: The Branding Power

    Location: Bangalore, Karnataka, India

    Salary: Starting from 8,000 INR per month (can be altered based on the quality of the work)

    Fixed Week Off's: Saturday and Sunday

    About Us:

    We, "The Branding Power" is a brand strategizing company specialized in providing branding solutions for the businesses worldwide. Our primary services are Website Designing/Maintenance, Social Media management (SMM), Search Engine optimization (SEO), Advertisement Campaigning, Lead Generation, and Conversions.

    Immediate hiring for the Social Media Managers with the past successful work experience who can handle and improve the social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, and You Tube.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to achieve client objectives and KPIs.
    • Create engaging and on-brand content for social media posts, including text, images, and videos.
    • Manage and maintain clients' social media accounts, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, , and You Tube.
    • Monitor social media channels for trends, insights, and conversations relevant to clients' brands and industries.
    • Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster meaningful relationships with the online community.
    • Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, account management, and strategy, to ensure cohesive brand messaging and alignment with overall marketing initiatives.
    • Track and analyze social media performance metrics, generate reports, and provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
    • Stay up-to-date on social media trends, best practices, platform updates, and industry changes to inform strategy and content creation.

    Requirements:

    • Specialized with content creation, graphic design, and video editing.
    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field is preferred.
    • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in an agency setting.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
    • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills with a passion for storytelling and brand building.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
    • Experience with content creation, graphic design, and video editing is a plus.
    • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and digital advertising is desirable.
