  • EPM Experience + Years
  • Minimum to End to End implementation in FCCS, Certified in FCCS is added advantage.
  • Should have experience as Functional, Technical or Techno-Functional Consultant
  • Hands-on experience with ownership management, equity pick-up, custom rules, cashflow automation.
  • Hands-on experience with intercompany eliminations, Supplemental Data Manager and Close Manager.
  • Good Understanding on Consolidation, Minority Interest Calculations, Adjustment, FXrate, Journal Entries, Cash Flow, Balance sheet, IFRS reporting, etc.
  • Should be able to do logical analysis of data and permutation combination of various scenarios
  • Experience in Implementation of EPM cloud with strong Application Development process, experience on FCCS/HFM and good knowledge on consolidation process.
  • Desired functional knowledge (Understand of Income statement, Balance Sheet, different methods of consolidation and their calculations and disclosure in financial statements)
  • Able to drive business workshops, conduct design sessions, create key design decisions docs and manage both functional as well as technical discussions with client
  • Responsible for providing expertise in implementing industry best practices and customizing the Oracle FCCS application as per client requirements to enable business processes.
  • Strong functional knowledge of the month-end close and consolidation process and/or FP&A processes, accounting standards, reporting requirements of a typical CFO function.
  • Provide expertise in FCCS application configurations as per business requirements, guide technical team to complete system integrations as per business requirements, conduct Systems Integration testing sessions, user acceptance testing and plan/execute UAT/Production migrations.
