Description

We are seeking a motivated and empathetic
Female Customer Support Executive to join our team and contribute to our reputation for outstanding customer service.


Job Summary:


Responsibilities:


  • Provide accurate information about products and services, as well as troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.
  • Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Keep records of customer interactions and follow up to ensure complete resolution.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor as needed.
  • Assist with order processing, returns, and exchanges.
  • Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies.
  • Provide feedback and suggest improvements to the customer support process.
  • Work closely with other departments, such as sales and technical support, to resolve customer issues efficiently.

Qualifications:


  • Minimum of 6 months of experience in a customer support role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using customer support software and CRM systems.
  • Familiarity with online platforms and digital communication tools.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
  • A positive and proactive attitude toward customer service.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus.

Pay:
₹12, ₹15,000.00 per month
