Hiring for UI/UX & Graphic Designer

Experience Range 0-1 yr

Salary:
₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month

Location - Peelamedu, Coimbatore

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand project requirements and user needs.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize design concepts and gather feedback.
Develop interactive prototypes using industrystandard design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather insights to inform design decisions.
Create highquality graphic designs for marketing materials, social media assets, and branding collateral.
Produce short videos and reels that effectively communicate our brand message and engage our target audience.
Stay uptodate with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies to continuously improve our design processes and deliverables.
Collaborate with marketing and content teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all channels.
Work closely with developers to ensure that design specifications are implemented accurately and efficiently.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Interaction Design, or related field.
Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, Graphic Designer, or similar role.
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), Sketch, Figma, or equivalent.
Strong understanding of usercentered design principles and best practices.
Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for typography, color, and layout.
Experience creating short videos and reels using video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to articulate and present design concepts and ideas.
A portfolio showcasing your design work, including UI/UX projects, graphic designs, and short videos/reels.
