Position Overview:


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and market share.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to the sales team to enhance their performance.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with marketing and other departments to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Ensure effective lead generation, followup, and conversion to meet sales targets.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and industry professionals.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to the management team.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a senior sales management role, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
