Education Specialist - Thane, India - Varthana

Description

We are seeking a motivated education specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for writing monthly articles/blogs/customer stories, gathering customer and sector research data and support in analysis data and conducting physical events for schools. As a Varthana Education Specialist, you will work closely with schools, travel to different schools/locations when permitted and help school management as well as teachers with program implementation.

This role requires you to work closely with the sales and credit team at Varthana and establish strong Varthana brand value to schools by providing the right solution. The main responsibility is to deliver high-quality marketing content educational programs and services to our clients and stakeholders.

Key Role deliverables:

• Write monthly educational articles, blogs content and customer stories to increase Varthana's digital footprint
• Support in webinars & physical events
• Support in relationship building with the schools
• Building and maintaining relationships with school associations and central foundations to co-create and drive initiatives
• Support the growth of the education solutions team by supporting internal strategy/process, product or customer report and business team to improve core business
• Follow up at regular intervals with internal and external stakeholders and provide additional support when required
• Lead product/program presentations or demonstrations and capture customer feedback
• Cultivate and nurture relationships with education partners
• Undertake regular documentation and reporting
• Monitor and support the implementation of programs in schools

Preferred profile

• Graduate/Post graduate with 1-3 years of experience in the education sector
• Understands and is fluent in the English and local language
• Adds value to our understanding of India's educational landscape
• Leads a variety of tasks; being organized and well-planned is crucial
• Has experience in managing stakeholders and collaborating with teachers and school

administration

• Demonstrates effective communication and coordination skills not just with the stakeholders in

schools, but also with the employees in Varthana

• Interacts effectively with a variety of individuals including colleagues, school leaders, teachers,

parents, students, the greater beyond loans team, and solution providers

• Demonstrates strong interpersonal and communication skills who enjoys interacting with people
• Proactive and innovative, takes initiatives with an open mind and is self-driven.
• Willing to travel across the state allocated.
