    This is a remote position.

    The Project Coordinator is responsible for assisting in the planning, execution, monitoring, and finalization of projects according to deadlines and within budget. This role involves coordinating efforts between team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan. The Project Coordinator will also drive the project's objectives and facilitate communication throughout its life cycle.

    Primary Responsibilities

    Project Planning and Execution:

    · Develop project plans and schedules in Project Management Information System (PMIS).

    · Coordinate project activities, resources, procurement, and documentation.

    · Ensure that clients' needs are met as projects evolve and submit Scope Change Order requests as necessary.

    · Facilitate Weekly Work-in-Progress calls with IT Project Engineers.

    · Facilitate Level-10 meetings with TAM's and vCIO's.

    Communication and Coordination:

    · Serve as the point of contact for project team members, internal stakeholders, and clients.

    · Communicate project status, impact, and issues to stakeholders.

    · Schedule and attend meetings, document meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.

    Documentation and Reporting:

    · Maintain comprehensive project portfolio, plans, and reports.

    · Track project deliverable completion by using PMIS.

    · Prepare and present regular status reports and updates.

    · For T&M projects, provide hours reports to client on a weekly basis.

    Budget and Resource Management:

    · Prepare budget in ConnectWise manage and monitor throughout project lifecycle.

    · Ensure resource availability and allocation.

    Requirements

    · Detail-Oriented: demonstrating the ability to follow process and identify where it can be improved.

    · Demonstrates strong communication skills with customers, contractors, primary points of contact and other personnel.

    · Demonstrates strong organizational skills: keeping all projects organized and having a solid pulse of every active project to ensure timely and planned completion.

    · Demonstrates strong time management ability.

    · Possesses analytical skills: to solve problems that may come up during a typical workday.

    · Demonstrated knowledge and experience with Project Management within an IT organization is strongly desired.
