    Job Title: Project Coordinator
    Location : Lekki, Lagos
    Job Overview:
    Our client,a dynamic conglomerate renowned for its expertise in Real Estate and other industries, is seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the efficient planning and execution of real estate projects. The Project Coordinator will assist the Project Manager in coordinating project activities, tracking progress, and ensuring timely delivery of milestones.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Assist the Project Manager in planning and organizing project activities.
    • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and priorities.
    • Track project progress and report on key performance indicators.
    • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and meeting minutes.
    • Assist in resolving project issues and escalating as needed.
    • Support the implementation of project management best practices.
    • Facilitate communication between project team members.
    Requirements Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in real estate.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in project management software.

    Requirements The requirements listed below are representative of the Knowledge, Skill and/or ability required to perform this job satisfactorily: Minimum of a HND/ BSC in Estate Management or Similar discipline 5 years minimum experience in a similar position in a reputable organization Must be able to demonstrate your experience of managing property and projects The candidate should be confident, a self-starter, with the ability to operate in a dynamic environment Must be able to demonstrate good attention to detail, good judgement showing logical decision-making, and a hands on approach Must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and leadership skills
