- Centre for Rural Development (CRD): enables rural families to come out of extreme poverty
- Centre for Skill Development & Entrepreneurship (CSDE): enables underprivileged youth to lead flourishing lives
- Centre for Social Innovation (CSI): nudges top talent to solve India's biggest challenges
- Lead end-to-end talent acquisition efforts for a set of roles assigned to you (managing application tracking system, posting jobs, sourcing candidates, screening high potential candidates, interviewing, coordinating interviews with other panelists, rolling out offers, etc.)
- Work with leadership and all program teams to understand their hiring needs and help them in recruiting
- Identify talent requirements at The/Nudge and build a thorough understanding of the ideal candidate for the roles assigned to you
- Identify and mobilize avenues which will help us source high-potential talent
- Understand the hiring principles/framework of The/Nudge and implement the hiring process for the candidates
- Build, maintain and develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Design and drive critical projects which will enable us to hire outstanding talent for the organization
- 2-5 years of work experience in front-end/people-facing roles
- A bachelor's degree in any subject
- Passion towards bringing in and developing great talent for the development sector
- A strong outcome orientation and the ability to drive critical results within specific timelines
- Creative thinking abilities to bring continuous development/innovation to optimize processes and to create the best experience for candidates
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to work both independently and in a team, when required
- Prior experience in recruitment is an added advantage
- Prior experience in the development sector is a plus
- Intermediate skills with data analysis in MS Excel /Google Sheets
