We are in search of a proficient Business Head specializing in PTL (Part Truck Load) with a minimum of 10 years of experience.

The Business Head will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our Partial Truckload (PTL) business, utilizing their expertise to manage and enhance operations for efficiency, reliability, and profitability. We are looking for an individual with a solid track record in establishing and expanding PTL operations and creating asset-light models.

Key responsibilities will include:

Strategic Planning and Execution:

• Formulate and execute strategic plans for PTL business growth.
• Identify opportunities for operational enhancements and cost savings.
• Implement initiatives to elevate service quality and enhance customer satisfaction.

Operational Management:

• Supervise day-to-day PTL operations, including dispatch and delivery.
• Ensure operational efficiency, adherence to quality standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Track KPIs and take actions to meet operational goals.

Business Development and Partnerships:

• Spot and pursue new business prospects to broaden the customer base.
• Cultivate strategic relationships with vendors and carriers.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams on customer acquisition and retention strategies.

Team Leadership and Development:

• Establish and lead a highly effective operations team.
• Promote a culture of collaboration and continual improvement.
• Recruit, train, and nurture talent to drive PTL business expansion.

Requirements for this role:

• Demonstrated success in establishing and expanding PTL businesses.
• Thorough understanding of asset-light models and operational management.
• Expertise in strategic planning and execution.
• Familiarity with regulatory mandates and best practices.
• Outstanding leadership and communication abilities.
• Bachelor's degree is a must; Master's degree is desirable.
• Prior experience with industry players like VRL in the logistics sector is advantageous.
