Description

Responsibilities:
Advise students on suitable study destinations, universities, and programs based on their academic background, career goals, and personal preferences.

Assess student profiles and evaluate their eligibility for admission into various educational institutions.

Address inquiries and concerns raised by students, parents, or guardians promptly and effectively.

Stay updated with current trends and changes in the education sector, including admission criteria, policies, and visa regulations.

Qualification
A background in education or counselling is preferred but not mandatory.

Proven experience in a similar role as a tele
- caller, customer service representative, or education counsellor is desirable.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with students.

Good knowledge of various study destinations, universities, courses, and educational systems.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a proactive and self-motivated attitude.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.

Ability to adapt to changing environments and handle stressful situations with professionalism and empathy.

Salary:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
