    Description

    Job Description :


    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Engineer with expertise in Java Spring Framework to join our team.

    The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of Micro Service Architecture, Database Design, and REST API.

    Person should also be able to mentor/support a team of young Java Engineers. The role requires 50% Design & Coding and 50% Mentoring, Code & Design Reviews of team, Code Management & Build and Deploy

    Responsibilities :


    • Develop, design, and maintain Javabased Microservices architecture using Spring Framework
    • Design and implement REST APIs that are scalable, efficient, and maintainable
    • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop solutions that meet those needs
    • Collaborate with other engineers and architects to ensure that the architecture is aligned with the company's strategic objectives
    • Provide technical leadership to the team and mentor junior developers
    • Create and maintain technical documentation for the systems and processes
    • Conduct code reviews and ensure that the code adheres to best practices and standards
    • Monitor and maintain the performance, availability, and security of the applications and infrastructure
    • Manage the Transition from a Monolith project to a Javabased Microservices project
    • Manage Code in git
    • Work with DevOps team for Build and Deployment Support
    • Help in Debugging Issues

    Requirements :



    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
    • At least 58 years of experience in software development, design and architecture, with focus on Java Spring Framework
    • Deep understanding of Micro Service Architecture, Database Design, and REST API
    • Strong Development Experience in Java and Spring Framework
    • Strong understanding of Database Design preferably MySQL
    • AWS/Azure Cloud Native Development Experience
    • Exposure to No SQL DataStores, Messaging, Cache etc will be a plus
    • Understanding of API Gateway and Deployment Architectures
    • Deep understanding of got and Code Management
    • Exposure to Build management and pipelines
    • Deployment using Docker, Kubernetes
    • Strong leadership and communication skills
    • Ability to work in a fastpaced, dynamic environment
    • Experience with Agile development methodologies
    • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
