    Description
    We are seeking a skilled andmotivated professional to join our team at EMSEC as a DigitalSignal Processing Engineer. The ideal candidate will have around 35years of experience in the field and a good understanding of SDRconcepts. Ideally they will also be wellversed in DSP programmingin either Python or C. Knowledge of RF Directionfinding/ SIGINTtechniques and various modulation schemes is highlydesirable.


    Responsibilities:

    Algorithm Development:
    Design implement and optimize signal processing algorithms for theextraction and analysis of over the airsignals


    GNU RadioExpertise:

    Leverage indepth knowledge ofGNU Radio to develop and implement signal processing solutions forvariousapplications.
    SoftwareDefined Radio(SDR): Utilize SDR platforms to captureprocess and analyse RFsignals


    SystemIntegration:

    Collaborate withcrossfunctional teams to integrate signal processing solutions intolarger systems ensuring seamlessfunctionality


    Testing andValidation:

    Conduct rigorous testing andvalidation of signal processing algorithms using SDR and GNU Radioin simulated and realworldenvironments


    PerformanceOptimization:

    Continuously analyse andoptimize signal processing algorithms to enhance performanceaccuracy andefficiency


    Documentation:

    Maintain comprehensive documentation of signal processingalgorithms system configurations and testresults.


    Requirements:
    Bachelors or Masters degree in Electronics Engineering ElectricalEngineering or a relatedfield. 3 years ofhandson experience in Digital SignalProcessing.
    Proficiency in GNU Radio and SoftwareDefined Radioplatforms.

    Understanding of signal processing concepts like channelisationdigital down conversion error correction bandpass filteringautocorrelation etcKnowledge and Experience with mathematical concepts and tools suchas DFFT IFFT correlation auto correlationaveraging signal multiplication IQ/ Complex signalsetc.

    Strongprogramming skills in languages such as Python C andMATLAB. Experiencein leading and managing projects from concept toimplementation.
    Excellent problemsolving and analyticalskills. Strongcommunication and collaborationskills.
