    How to contribute to our vision

    Process engineers to define the assembly sequence of nacelle manufacturing process and optimizes production resources with latest LEAN methods.

  • Monitors solution performance in the prototyping, test and verification phase.
  • Manages the commissioning phase with the customers, and analyzes potential malfunctions.
  • Implements approved concepts.
  • Ensures observance of specifications, under consideration of market and technology trends.
  • Creates respective reports.

    • Process Engineer

    For our SGRE COG N MS MSC PETL office in Bangalore we are looking for a Process Engineer to support and drive production setups for our factories. In close collaboration with our technology R&D and COG N equipment you will be a central role ensuring flawless production setup with layout, VSM and Lean manufacturing. You will play a central role ensuring the structure and quality in our NPI projects together with the NPI team in Denmark. You will directly support our NPI module lead in Denmark, with creating the requirements for productions concepts, VSM, Storyboards and follow up. Supporting the team with storyboards creation, PFMEA, VSM, feasibility studies, support on prototype build on site.

    What are my responsibilities?

  • Creating storyboards for the process – process flow
  • Supporting on creating and maintaining of VSM
  • Creating of GMD structure in Teamcenter
  • Supporting on creating PFEMA
  • Project control on development projects, deliverables time plan follow-up
  • Onsite support during installation prototype build
  • Stakeholder Interaction & Management

    • What do I need to qualify for this job?

  • Education as production engineer with min 3-5 years' experience from the heavy machinery industry
  • Experience with production processes, Lean and project management
  • Extensive understanding work environment and safety
  • Broad experience with VSM and Lean production
  • Experience with production documentation.
  • Preferable experience within the wind industry, construction, and office environments

    • Preferred applicants will have:

  • Experience in the wind industry, construction and office environments
  • Prior knowledge of JIRA, Teamcenter, SharePoint, SAP and cloud-based systems
  • Strong foundation within design, documentation and high technical understanding
  • Computer programming knowledge in visual basic, python or other
  • A future focused mind with attention to detail and motivation as a "completer"
  • Value transparency, teamwork & improvement
