    Description

    Looking for strategic data driven anddigital experienced Marketer with an innovative mindset to lead theBrands & Social Media for ourClients
    ResponsibilitiesDesign lead and execute the brand & communications strategyfor all Growth Track Clients to strengthen their brand build onbrand equity create the pull and drive all brand parameters andengagement goals.

    Enhance brand presenceacross all digital platforms for enhancing brand reach and recallresulting in increase in market share Leadthe team to plan and execute innovative marketing campaigns forbrands.

    Develop run and analyse highgrowth 360degreeclutterbreaking innovative campaigns across multiple platforms withan emphasis on datadriven decisions.
    Responsible for endtoend execution of campaigns from client briefsto copywriting creative & development media planningcampaign execution and measurement.

    Leverage market research and consumer insights to guide positioningand messaging recommendations and maintain brand consistency inmultichannel communications Collaborate& Coordinate with clients to drive their brand agenda Designing and Content Development forClient Websites Own the social mediastrategy which includes content creation ORM & monthlycalendars for all clients Drive and ensurebuilding engagement for the clients on social media platforms suchas Facebook YouTube Instagram LinkedIn Quora etc.

    Foster andstrengthen new relationships with key influencers within thecommunity.

    Collaborate with a range ofpartners like influencers and platforms to identify and implementimpactful and creative solutions to further the brand Analyze and report social channel andactivation performance to quantify the effectiveness of campaignsand drive scalable learnings Collaborateinternally and externally to ensure key brand campaigns activationsand moment sare amplified via social channels.

    Continuously ideate and innovate within thesocialspace.
    QualificationsCapabilitiesMinimum 10 years relevant experience in building brands managinglarge scale digital campaign and media mandates across industries Strong creative bent of mind with abilityto generate ideas to drive brand awareness and visibility and astrong hold on communication to ensure we are able to get the bestcommunication out.

    Strong datadrivendecisionmaking skills with demonstrated ability to dive deep intocustomer data and translate insights into opportunities. Team building and management experience ofat least 45 years Deep understanding and knowledge of digital andmobile marketing ecosystem.

    Possess strongcommunications and presentation skills the ability to influenceothers a passionfor marketing strong crossfunctional leadership andkeen business acumen Empathetic patient andopenminded to the viewpoints of others in order to build andsupport team collaboration.

    Ability to mold and add to overall teamdevelopment and growth Selfmotivated opento learning with an extremely positiveattitude.
