Overview

As a GraphicDesigner at our company you will play a vital role in creatingvisually engaging designs across various platforms. You willcollaborate with the marketing and creative teams to producehighquality artwork that represents our brand identity andresonates with our target audience.

KeyResponsibilities

Create and designvarious materials for print and digital collateral including butnot limited to brochures banners logos social media graphics andwebsite content
Collaborate with the marketingteam to develop design concepts and translate them into visualassets
Stay updated on industry trends andincorporate them into designs to keep our materials fresh andinnovative
Manage and organize design files foreasy access and retrieval
Ensure all graphicsand designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a cohesive lookand feel
Present and defend designs and keydeliverables to peers and executive levelstakeholders
Work with external printers andensure their quality and maintain a network of printvendors
Contribute to team efforts byaccomplishing tasks as needed
Collaborate withthe UI/UX team to define and implement innovative solutions for theproduct direction visuals andexperience
Brainstorm new ideas layouts andgraphics that align with projectrequirements
Participate in the creativeprocess and offer input and ideas
Adhere tocompany policies and procedures in terms of intellectual propertyand file management
Create and implementefficient workflows and processes for delivering highqualitydesigns within tight deadlines
Visualize andcreate designs that conveys a story or messageeffectively

RequiredQualifications

Bachelors degree inGraphic Design Visual Arts or relatedfield
Proven work experience as a GraphicDesigner or similar role
Demonstrable graphicdesign skills with a strongportfolio
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite(Photoshop Illustrator InDesign etc.)
Strongunderstanding of typography layout color and visual communicationprinciples
Experience with digital illustrationand iconography
Understanding of designprinciples andfundamentals
