Role andResponsibilities: Design visual content forprint and digital applications that isonbrandreinforces our status and reputationand is appropriate for ourvariousaudiencesDesign and layout of essential business materials (e.g. businesscardspresentationsbrochures) Create infographics andpresentation materials to simplify communicationofcomplex conceptsConceptualize social media posts andcampaigns Work autonomously and develophighquality concepts withminimalinstructionManage timelines and prioritization of workload and know when toask fordirectionAssist team in developing and executing communicationplans Provide technical support fordesignrelated efforts Optimize graphics andvideo content for social media platformsContribute to creative ideating for socialmedia Maintain organized content files andhelp to organize and archive existingvideoand graphics files Other duties asassigned.

Education/Experience

Requirementscompetencies and skills Experience creatingstrong engaging content. A portfolio ofapplicable outputs Excellent researchorganizational and time management skills.The capacity to work independently andcollaboratively. Ability to work efficientlywithout compromising quality or accuracy.Strong visual communications skills including the ability tocommunicatecomplex concepts through videosand images Solid verbal and writtencommunication skills Thorough knowledge ofImage editing softwares G Suite Familiaritywith best practices for content on socialmediaplatforms (YouTube Facebook LinkedInInstagram) Flexibility in working with newissues topics learning andreceivingfeedbackKnowledge of layouts graphic fundamentals typography visualaestheticsbrandcommunicationNot Mandatory butWelcome: An understanding of SEO and bestpractices for creatives on socialmediaplatforms Ability to create videos usingsimple graphics for social media Familiarityusing camera and audio equipment videorecordingexperienceEnvironmentWork From Office (6 days a week)Number ofpositions 1Minimum Qualification PreferredDegree in design/communications or relatedfieldor demonstrated success in relevantprofessionalfields
