    Description

    Job Title:Graphic DesignerJobSummary:We are seeking acreative and skilled Graphic Designer to join our team. The idealcandidate should have 13 years of experience in graphic design andproficiency in various design tools. You will be responsible forcreating visually appealing and onbrand graphics for a variety ofprojects including digital and printmaterials.Responsibilities:
    1. Designcompelling graphics for various platforms including social mediawebsites print materials andpresentations.
    2. Collaborate with the marketingteam to understand project requirements and develop design conceptsthat meet objectives.
    3. Create and maintainvisual assets such as logos icons and illustrations ensuringconsistency across all materials.
    4. Useindustrystandard software such as Adobe Creative Suite (PhotoshopIllustrator InDesign) to execute designs.
    5. Stayupdated on design trends techniques and best practices tocontinuously improve the quality of work.
    6. Workwithin project timelines and deliver highquality designs undertight deadlines.
    7. Communicate effectively withteam members and stakeholders to gather feedback and incorporaterevisions into designs.
    8. Assist in the creationand execution of branding and marketing campaigns asneeded.
    Requirements:
    1. Bachelorsdegree in Graphic Design Visual Arts or a relatedfield.
    2. 13 years of professional experience ingraphic design or a similar role.
    3. Proficiencyin Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign) and otherdesign tools.
    4. Strong portfolio showcasing arange of design projects and styles.
    5. Excellentdesign skills with a keen eye for detail andaesthetics.
    6. Solid understanding of typographycolor theory and layout principles.
    7. Ability towork independently and collaboratively in a fastpacedenvironment.
    8. Strong communication skills withthe ability to present ideas and listen tofeedback.
    9. Experience with motion graphics orvideo editing software is a plus.
    10. A passion forcreativity and a desire to stay updated on design trends andtechnologies.
    PreferredQualifications:
    1. Experiencewith UI/UX design principles andtools.
    2. Knowledge of HTML CSS and web designprinciples.
    3. Familiarity with photography andimage editing techniques.
    4. Experience increating illustrations or digitalart
