Graphics Designer

Job Description:

As a GraphicsDesigner you will be responsible for creating visually appealingand engaging designs for various digital and print media.

Workingclosely with the marketing and creative teams you will translateconcepts and ideas into captivating visuals that communicate thebrand message effectively.

Your designs will play a crucial role inenhancing brand identity attracting target audiences and drivingengagement across different channels.

Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with themarketing team to understand project requirements objectives andtarget audience demographics.
2.

Conceptualize andcreate highquality graphic designs for digital and print materialsincluding social media graphics website assets advertisingcampaigns brochures posters and other promotionalmaterials.

3. Develop visually compelling layoutsillustrations and visual elements that align with brand guidelinesand project objectives.
4. Use industrystandard designsoftware such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop IllustratorInDesign) to create and edit graphics and multimediacontent.
5. Create mockups and prototypes to visualizedesign concepts and gather feedback from stakeholders beforefinalizing designs.
6. Ensure consistency and coherencein design elements across different marketing collateral andplatforms.
7. Stay updated with design trends techniquesand best practices to continuously improve design quality andcreativity.
8. Collaborate with copywritersphotographers and other creative team members to integrate visualand written content seamlessly.
9. Manage multipledesign projects simultaneously prioritize tasks effectively andmeet project deadlines.
10. Communicate design conceptsrationale and specifications clearly and persuasively to internalstakeholders and clients.

Requirements:
1. Bachelors degree in GraphicDesign Visual Arts Fine Arts or related field.
2. Provenexperience as a graphic designer preferably in a marketing oradvertising agency or inhouse creative team.
3.Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe CreativeSuite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign) and familiarity with otherdesign tools and platforms.
4. Strong portfolioshowcasing a diverse range of design projects including digital andprint materials branding typography and layout design.

Excellent understanding of design principles color theorytypography and visual hierarchy.

6. Creative flair andability to generate innovative ideas while adhering to brandguidelines and project requirements.
7. Attention todetail and accuracy in design execution with a focus onpixelperfect craftsmanship.
8. Strong communication andinterpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectivelywith crossfunctional teams and stakeholders.
9. Abilityto work independently manage time efficiently and thrive in afastpaced deadlinedriven environment.
10. Flexibility toadapt to changing priorities feedback and projectrequirements.

PreferredQualifications:
1. Experience with motiongraphics animation or video editing software such as Adobe AfterEffects or Premiere Pro.
2. Knowledge of web designprinciples user experience (UX) design and responsive designtechniques.
3. Familiarity with HTML CSS and JavaScriptfor basic web design and interactive media projects.
4.Experience with photography photo editing and retouchingtechniques.
5. Understanding of social media platformsdigital marketing trends and best practices for designing socialmedia content.
6. Previous experience in creatingdesigns for specific industries or sectors such as technologyhealthcare fashion or consumer goods.
7. Certificationor additional training in graphic design UX/UI design or relatedfields.
8. Knowledge of print production processes andrequirements for different types of print materials.
