    Description

    About the role :

    We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Technology Leader to lead our product and technology teams.

    The ideal candidate should have risen up the ranks from being a hands-on engineer to a leader, capable of envisaging business requirement end to end and translating it into scalable, future ready technical tools.

    Responsibilities :

    Technology Strategy and Vision :

    • Work closely with executives to shape and execute the technology strategy aligned with overall business objectives.
    • Drive the longterm vision for technology to support the company's growth.
    Collaborate with the leadership team to define and manage the technology budget.

    Data Science and Analytics :

    • Lead data science initiatives to derive actionable insights from data.
    • Implement datadriven decisionmaking processes and contribute to business intelligence.
    Technology Infrastructure and Architecture :

    • Oversee the design and maintenance of scalable, secure, and reliable technology infrastructure.
    • Ensure that technology architecture supports current and future business needs.
    User-Centric Design and Development :

    • Champion a usercentric approach in the design and development process, ensuring that technology solutions meet and exceed customer expectations.
    • Implement best practices in user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design.
    Team Leadership :


    • Build and lead a highperforming technology team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
    Collaboration with Leadership :


    • Work closely with the executive leadership team to align technology initiatives with overall business strategy.
    • Provide regular updates on technologyrelated matters and contribute to strategic :
    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in a senior technology leadership role, preferably in a B2C startup or fastpaced environment.
    • Strong understanding of consumer behavior, market trends, and digital product development.
    • Handson experience with software development, architecture design, and cloud technologies.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
