    We are seeking a dynamic SEO Team Lead to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will lead a team of passionate SEO specialists, shaping and executing SEO strategies to elevate search engine rankings and boost organic traffic for our diverse clientele. Your expertise in SEO, combined with your leadership skills, will drive our clients' success in the digital arena.

    Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of SEO specialists, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and growth.
  • SEO Strategy: Craft and implement targeted SEO strategies that align with our clients' unique goals and market positioning.
  • Keyword Research: Lead comprehensive keyword research efforts to uncover opportunities for enhanced visibility and engagement.
  • On-Page Optimization: Oversee the optimization of web content and elements to ensure search engine compatibility and performance.
  • Technical SEO: Identify and rectify technical issues that impact website performance and search engine ranking.
  • Content Strategy: Collaborate with content creators to develop SEO-driven content strategies that attract and retain the target audience.
  • Link Building: Direct and refine link-building initiatives to strengthen domain authority and online presence.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Utilize advanced analytics tools to track SEO performance, generating insightful reports for both clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Client Collaboration: Maintain robust relationships with clients, ensuring that SEO strategies consistently align with their business objectives.
  • Industry Awareness: Stay abreast of SEO trends and algorithm changes to keep our strategies ahead of the curve.


    • Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven track record in delivering successful SEO outcomes.
  • Leadership experience with strong team management skills.
  • Proficiency in SEO tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz).
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and project management capabilities.
  • Up-to-date with SEO practices and industry trends.
