    Rediffusion is looking for a National Strategy Head

    Rediffusion celebrated its 50th anniversary recently. The agency has in the past five decades helped take some of India's best brands to market leadership.

    Rediffusion, with five offices nationally, and 300+ employees, is today India's largest independent ad agency with an impressive roster of client.

    Role Description

    · Generate, encourage, and nurture new strategic ideas for existing clients of the Group.

    · Identify new clients

    · Solve problems together with the Account and Creative teams.

    · Identify the business impact of upcoming trends and implement strategy accordingly.

    · Lead business pitches and client presentations.

    · Guide and lead the creative process.

    · Be the authority on the category and the client's business.

    · Partner category head-level clients in decision making.

    · Convince clients to buy into effective strategic and creative products that will drive results.

    · Nurture and inspire team members to bring out their best.

    · Lead the award entry process.

    · Further the creative and strategic reputation of the Group.

    · Draw valuable and actionable insights from our proprietary culture and trendspotting tools.

    Location: Mumbai

    Essentials:

    · 12-15 years of experience in planning & strategy.

    · Strategic and creative thinking.

    · Leadership skills and an eye for talent.

    · Strong communication, presentation and organisational skills.

    · Good creative appreciation

    Qualifications

    · Graduate / Postgraduate in Mass Communication /Advertising or an equivalent degree.

    · Should have worked at a mainline agency
