    We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Coordinator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for providing exceptional support to our team and clients.

    Responsibilities:

    As an Accounts Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

    1. Managing day-to-day financial transactions, including invoicing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
    2. Reconciling bank statements and credit card transactions.
    3. Preparing financial reports and assisting with budget preparation.
    4. Ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal tax requirements.
    5. Coordinating with external auditors to ensure accurate and timely annual audits.
    6. Assisting in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.
    7. Monitoring financial performance and providing recommendations for improvement.
    8. Collaborating with other departments to ensure accurate and efficient financial operations.
    9. Maintaining organized and up-to-date financial records.
    10. Performing ad-hoc financial analysis and other duties as assigned.

    Requirements:

    1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
    2. A minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or a related role.
    3. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations.
    4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and accounting software.
    5. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
    6. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
    7. Effective written and verbal communication skills.
    8. A proactive attitude and a team player mentality.
    9. Knowledge of or interest in the wine industry is a plus.
