    Business Challenge to Tackle:

    With over three decades of experience, our Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) division has been instrumental in implementing cutting-edge processes and technologies that drive substantial transformation for clients of all scopes. Our comprehensive administrative solutions aim to enhance operational efficiency, boost productivity, and optimize cash flow, ultimately empowering our clients to maintain their competitiveness and elevate customer satisfaction levels.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Conducting outbound calls to U.S.-based insurance firms to recover outstanding Accounts Receivables.
    • Addressing customer queries via phone and written communication to ensure high satisfaction levels and adherence to service benchmarks.
    • Reviewing medical insurance claims to uphold quality standards.
    • Resolving standard inquiries based on established protocols.
    • Performing basic research on customer concerns.
    • Developing a strong understanding of the healthcare insurance sector, including team processes, products, and services.

    Qualifications:

    • Availability for regular shifts, Monday to Friday, from 8:30PM to 5:30AM or 5:30PM to 3:30AM.
    • Completion of high school education.
    • 1+ year(s) experience using Windows PC applications, including keyboard usage, screen navigation, and software proficiency.
    • 0-6 months experience in a customer-oriented role involving English communication via writing or phone interactions.
    • 0-6 months experience in a customer-oriented role requiring application of business regulations to diverse scenarios and decision-making.

    *** Shift schedules are subject to change based on client needs. Occasional overtime and weekend work may be necessary to meet business demands.

    *** New recruits must successfully complete our Orientation/Process training sessions and demonstrate mastery of the content.
