    Creative Lead - DesignJob Location-RemoteExperience - 3+YearsShift- 6:00PM to 3:00AM

    Job Description:1.

    As a Creative Design Lead, you will play a key role in shaping the visual and creative direction of any account/ business.2.

    You will lead a team of designers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative design solutions that effectively communicate the brand identity and engage the target audience.3.

    This role requires a combination of design expertise, leadership skills, and strategic thinking to drive creative excellence.4. Define and communicate the creative vision and brand identity for the account/business.5.

    Lead the design and execution of UX/UI strategies for web and responsive design projects, ensuring a consistent and superior user experience across all platforms.

    You should be able to take general information about a website project, conduct research to find the best websites in a similar industry, and come up with multiple designs for initial feedback.6.

    Guide, mentor, and manage a team of junior designers, fostering an environment of creativity, innovation, and continuous learning.7. Manage and prioritize multiple projects within design timelines.8. Creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to communicate interaction and design ideas9. Presenting and defending designs and key deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders10. Through proactive ideation, building client rapport and creative leadership.11.

    Work closely and productively with internal and external creative teams to ensure strategic communications and brand alignment while supporting creative impact12.

    Oversee the entire design process, from concept to execution, ensuring high- quality and on-time delivery.13. Contribute to design projects, using your expertise to create high-quality, impactful designs.14. Review and approve final designs, ensuring they meet the client's standard and objectives.

    Skills:

    • Candidate should have good work experience in Figma/Adobe/Illustratorand should be good in Grid systems/Design Systems.
    • Work with design tools and software to create and edit visual content.
    • Having an edge over AI tools will be cherry on the top.
