    Designation- Senior Executive - Sales

    No of Position: 05

    Work Location: Nashik

    Preferred Joining: ASAP

    Preferred: Male / Female

    Working Time: 9.00 to 5.30

    Week Days: 6

    Education: MBA / Graduation / Diploma – Mechanical, Electrical / Mechatronics

    Experience: 7 to 12 Years Capital equipment / Projects. 7-12 Years

    Preferred Industry: Printing/Packaging/Pharma/SPM machine sales.

    Required Skill: Candidate must have experience in machinery sales. Candidate must be able and willing to travel upto 10-15 days/month for sales visits.

    Technical Skill: Generating sales orders, understanding customers and market needs, negotiate and closed deals, should have advance contact with prospects, generate and handle the inquiries, attract, evaluate and nurture leads and prospects.

    Soft Skill: Must have good English communication – written, spoken, along with regional/international languages is preferred. Should be smart, empathetic, well-spoken and an good negotiator.

    Candidate Profile: Candidate will be responsible for sales of Technoshell printing and packaging machines in allotted markets + regions. Regions can be international depending on candidate's capabilities. Candidate should have capability to network, interact, build relationships and understand customers and their needs. He/she should be capable to create, nurture and close leads. He/she will generate and handle enquiries through domestic & international visits, exhibitions and online. Should have very good interpersonal skills and able to build relationship with prospects, before and after the machine are sold. Should able to negotiate and close deals individually. Engage customers and prospects to ensure their goals and requirements are fulfilled. Co-ordinate with internal team to ensure customer commitments should met. He / She should have habit of reading.

    With the support of strong infrastructure facilities and skilled team of over 100 experts and technicians, we are continuously evolving our manufacturing processes to enable us to deliver uncompromisable quality. We have our own design set-up for mechanical, electrical and software development, using latest design software. We possess state-of-the art production capacity, which is backed by hi-tech machines and constant addition of latest technologies

    such as 3D printing. Our in-house electronic set-up for making the control panels, wiring and testing of the machines helps us to offer consistent quality machines to our customers. The focus of building in-house capabilities is a reflection of our core value of striving for excellence.
