    Job Overview

    We are seeking a Finance & Accounts Manager to oversee the financial operations of our construction company. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. They will also handle financial analysis, risk management, and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations. The Finance & Accounts Manager will work closely with the executive team to develop and implement financial strategies to support company growth. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced finance professional to make a significant impact in a dynamic and growing organization.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
    • Professional certification such as CPA or CMA is preferred
    • Proven work experience as a Finance Manager or similar role in the construction industry
    • Strong knowledge of financial and accounting principles
    • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
    • Proficiency in financial management software
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
    • Ability to work independently and in a team
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
