    Description

    Role and Responsibilities:

    • Supervise and steer construction projects from start to finish
    • Examine the project thoroughly to set deadlines and estimate expenses
    • Supervise all onsite and offsite construction activities to ensure compliance with building and safety regulations
    • Coordinate and lead construction workers and subcontractors
    • Monitor the daily progress and provide regular updates to management and customers
    • Generate internal and external reports on job status
    • Develop strategies to anticipate and tackle issues as they arise
    • Negotiate contract terms, prepare contracts, and secure permits and licenses
    • Ensure high construction standards and proper techniques are utilized

    Must Haves:

    • Familiarity with all aspects of the infrastructure construction process
    • Ability in leadership and managing human resources
    • Strong time and project management abilities
    • Bachelor's / Masters degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field

    Experience and Skills:

    • Demonstrated 8-10 years of experience in infrastructure / construction management, preferably in corporate interiors
    • Extensive knowledge of construction materials, details, regulations, and quality standards
