    Summary:

    Process Specialist in Operations – RummyCircle will work with the Marketing team, supportingvarious existing marketing campaigns and helping in launching new ones.

    This role will offer immense insights and learning in the online entertainment space and skillgaming industry in India. You will learn and implement innovative marketing strategies and usethe most cutting-edge marketing tools to implement various campaigns. This role involves realtime monitoring and quick actions. Attention to details and system logic and correctness wouldbe skills that get developed further.

    This also involves working closely with the Marketing teamand managing the marketing operations of campaign creation, contest creation, reporting,marketing channels campaign execution (Push Notifications, Email, SMS), and in-housecampaign management tools.

    Coordination with the creative team and business operations teamis also an integral part of the role.


    Job Role:

    • Creating tournaments, deposit promotions, and any other promotions along withmonitoring metrics during any active promotions.
    • Handling operational and tasks associated with marketing promotions and prizedistributions
    • Assisting customer support team with promotions related queries
    • Can work out of office hours/ in shifts and on weekends as required
    • Willingness to learn and adapt quickly to demands of work environment
    Managing the product promotion and retention reports with marketing
    Key Requirements:

    • Graduate from a well-reputed college and a hunger for learning and implementingmarketing propositions
    • Key attention to detail with proven success in campaign creation on marketing tool
    • Preferably at least 6 months of experience in marketing operations (preferably onlinebusinesses)
    • Ability to multi-task and high bias for action with attention to detail
    • Excellent communication skills i.e., both verbal and written
    • Obsessed with enhancing customer experience
    • Excellent presence of mind and an inclination to problem-solving
    • Proficiency in MS Excel
    Knowledge of basic SQL, Tableau will be required
