    You will be working IS Process Specialist and will be reporting to IS Service Owner & will be a part of Bangalore, India. In this role you will be primarily responsible for optimizing and managing IT service management processes and cross functional process within the organization's ServiceNow platform. Leveraging your expertise in ServiceNow and best practices, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and enhance IT processes and workflows. This role requires a deep understanding of ITIL principles, strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into efficient and effective ServiceNow solutions.

    Your responsibilities

    • Conducting comprehensive assessments of current business processes to pinpoint areas where improvements can be made. Utilizing various techniques such as process mapping, value stream analysis, and root cause analysis to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks within workflows
    • Collaborating with requesters, internal teams, and end-users to understand business requirements and identifying specific needs for continuous improvement tools(CIS) and conducting thorough analysis to ensure that CIS align with organizational goals and objectives
    • Assisting in the implementation of CIS registered in ServiceNow by defining project scopes, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements and fostering alignment and obtain buy-in from stakeholders throughout the implementation process to ensure successful deployment
    • Serving as a point of contact for troubleshooting issues, resolving technical problems, and addressing user inquiries related to ServiceNow
    • Collaborating with stakeholders to analyze existing IT service management processes and identifying opportunities for improvement and designing process enhancements within ServiceNow to streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and enhance service quality
    • Working with the business and agile team to ensure teams stay 2-3 sprints ahead of PI or sprint cycles and ensuring each feature level deliverable is aligned to a definition of readiness to enter sprint
    • Implementing enhancements to streamline IS processes, reduce manual effort, and improve efficiency and mapping out and maintaining business processes to serve as reference for development and IT support, looking for opportunities in partnership with others in domain for business process efficiencies

    Your background

    • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field
    • Minimum 8+yrs of experience in relevant field
    • Strong understanding of IT service management (ITSM) processes and frameworks (e.g., ITIL)
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
    • Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
    • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
