    • Senior Software Engineer Data Engineering isresponsible for providing the required capabilities of turning datainto actionable insights and applying science to data to predictand model future outcomes.
    • Data IntelligenceEngineers develop fundamentally new approaches to how our businessgenerates meaning from data.
    • They develop newenvironments methodologies processes tools and data governancestructures to enable effective analysis and advanced modeling andstatistical analysis against data sets.
    • Theyalso have responsibility for creating specifications for reports& analysis based on business need and recommendingstrategic/tactical plans based on business data and market trends.In addition analyze complex business problems and issues using datato provide insight to decision makers.
    This job function may include the followingdisciplines:
    • BusinessIntelligence data architecture and solutions engineeringvisualdesign analytics enablement and internal consulting
    • Minimum 6 years experience in information management datawarehousing and analytics technologies.
    • Minimum 6years experience in Considerable knowledge withanalysis design and development of data warehouses working withlarge data repositories
      and/or relationaldatabases.
    • Deep technical understanding ofData Integration & ETL development performance tuning and bestpractices (Informatica PowerCenter required up to 10.x other toolsa plus).
    • 6years experience in Considerableknowledge and experience working in Oracle Greenplum Teradata andUNIX environments.
    • Analyze operational andanalytical data requirements by working with business andapplications teams.
    • 6years demonstratedexceptional analytical skills as well as an ability to communicateand translate business needs into solutions.
    • Understanding and hands on experience working on largescale MPP systems (Greenplum or Teradata)
    • Goodunderstanding of building data pipelines using DevOpsprocess.
    • Good to have prior experience onStreamSets.
    • Ability to review existing ETLDesigns and recommend Tuning Improvements.
    • Unix scripting is desirable.
    • ControlM experience a plus
    Must Have:
    • Deep technical understanding of Data Integration &ETL development performance tuning and best practices (InformaticaPowerCenter required up to 10.x other tools a plus).
    Good to Have:
    • Understanding and handson experience working on large scale MPP systems (Greenplum orTeradata)
