The hybridmodel is fine
Work timing:
Thecandidate needs to be flexible in work timings. It is a generalshift but candidates should be flexible in supporting when it isrequired.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree inData Science Statistics Computer Science or a relatedfield.
Proven experience in data analysis preferably ina tech or communityfocused environment.
Excellent skillsin Excel including complex formulas pivot tables and datamanipulation.
Strong knowledge of SQL for data queryingand analysis.
Proficiency in Tableau for creating andmaintaining dashboards.
Analytical mindset withattention to detail and accuracy.
Excellentcommunication skills both written and verbal with the ability topresent complex data in an understandable format.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpacedenvironment.

KeyResponsibilities:

Develop and maintaincomprehensive data reports to track key metrics and trends relatedto community engagement and user behavior.
Design buildand manage Tableau dashboards ensuring they are userfriendly andupdated regularly with accurate data.
Monitor platformanalytics regularly to identify any unusual patterns orirregularities conducting indepth analyses to understand underlyingcauses.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams includingproduct management and marketing to understand data needs anddeliver actionable insights.
Ensure data accuracy andintegrity by implementing robust data validation and qualitycontrol measures.
Stay current with industry trends andbest practices in analytics and data visualization.
