Whom do WeNeed
We are seeking anexperienced Data Engineer with over six years of expertise in dataplatforms and lakes particularly with Snowflake and AWS.Proficiency in Python RDBMS NoSQL databases and Kafka is essential.The candidate will design and optimize data pipelines architectureand storage for data lakes and warehouses. They should excel atautomating processes and optimizing data delivery with experiencein infrastructure management using Terraform. Responsibilitiesinclude monitoring query performance collaborating withstakeholders to provide data solutions and mentoring a team of dataprofessionals. Strong project management skills and solid Englishproficiency are also required to lead global data warehousing andanalytics projects.
Roles & Responsibilities

Build and maintain acuttingedge data platform using technologies such as SnowflakePython and AWS services.
Build and optimizedata pipelines architecture and data sets supporting datatransformation data structures metadata dependency and workloadmanagement.
Design data storage layer for bothdata lake and data warehouse.
Identifyopportunities for internal process improvements such as automatingmanual processes optimizing data delivery and infrastructurescalability.
Monitor the health andperformance of queries.
Collaborate with DataEngineers and other stakeholders to understand their requirementsprovide data solutions and effectively communicate insights orfindings derived from Data.
Mentor a team ofdata professionals providing guidance support and fostering acollaborative work environment

Qualification & Requirements

6 years of experienceas a Data Engineer.
Understanding of modernData Platforms and Data Lakes.
Proficient in acloud DWH Snowflake.
Deep expertise insoftware engineering (Python).
Competent inRDBMS and NoSQL Dbs.
Knowledge and practicalexperience with AWS serverless services.
Handson experience with Kafka and realtime processingframeworks.
Expertise in managinginfrastructure with IaC tools (we are using Terraform);
Good at leading largescale global data warehousing andanalytics projects.
Understanding of databaseand analytical technologies in the industry including MPP and dataWarehouse design.
English at least anUpperIntermediate solid.
